Acquisition by Notz Metal Inc.
On 1 May 2024 Notz Metal Inc acquired Dubourgeal SAS, boosting the cutting segment.

A fresh wind for the company
Marie-Pierre is buying the company from her parents, who are retiring.
Her husband Gérald Planchamp is joining the company to strengthen the team.

Space required
As part of its development Dubourgeal SAS expanded the depot.

A strong partnership
After the liquidation i of the "USINES DE NAVARRE", Dubourgeal SAS has to find a solution.
Together with the company METALLURGICA SAN MARCO from BRESCIA in ITALY, a trading activity is started.

Business running smoothly
We are keeping up the partnership with Esso (now Exxon) and two new suppliers of lubricants have joined: the Fuchs and MotulTech brands.

When brass got involved
They had the opportunity to become a distributor of brass from Usines de Navarre, which has been based in Evreux in the department of Eure since 1895.
1974
How it all started
Alphonse Dubourgeal and his wife Lucette set up the company at 58 avenue du Mont Blanc in Scionzier in the department of Haute-Savoie.
As licensees of the Esso brand they supply metal cutters in the Arve valley with steel and lubricants.
